Meet the team

Keith began working with interactive media in 1995 following completion of a Masters degree, designing and developing CD-ROM, early websites and first-generation interactive TV for clients including Comet, DHL, Centrica and the Tate. Keith led the development of Cellnet Genie, the UK’s first commercial integration of web and SMS technology. Since ‘99 Keith has worked for businesses including BT, Axon and Deloitte – consulting on high profile projects both in the UK and abroad and he was integral to delivering the first-generation TfL Oyster card web platform and Oyster Online. Keith joined ORM in 2009 and is responsible for the Technical and Delivery areas of our business.

Luke Pigott is CEO of Howard Hunt Group. He started his career in sales and was promoted to Sales Director in 2002 – Luke became CEO in 2009. His business acumen and ambition have seen the Group expand under his leadership from and a print and direct mail business to a true global Marketing Services Provider. The Howard Hunt Group is comprised of seven businesses with expertise in data, digital, media and mail, with annual revenues of £60m and employing over 360 people.

Lucy joined ORM as Managing Director in 2012 having been at Howard Hunt Group since 2002 as Marketing Director and then Assistant Managing Director. Prior to joining Howard Hunt Group, Lucy spent 7 years with Cancer Research UK as Head of Direct Marketing. With experience in DRTV, Direct Response Radio, Interactive TV, Direct Mail, and Digital, Lucy has an established career in the digital and direct marketing industry. Lucy heads up the operations and management of ORM and it’s role within the wider group.

Lorenzo joined ORM in 2012 from Celerity and Howard Hunt Group, where he spent close to 20 years as Group Sales Director and more recently Marketing Solutions Director. Responsible for the business development strategy for ORM, Lorenzo is passionate about technology, Sales and Marketing, and working in partnership with our clients to help them maximise their investment in digital – he also has a rather large shoe collection.
